Academic Concession Assessments
Academic concession assessments identify learning barriers or challenges that may affect a learner's academic performance, such as difficulties with reading, writing, or processing speed. These assessments provide the necessary evidence to apply for educational accommodations, such as extra time during exams, a reader/scribe, or assistive technology. The aim is to ensure fair access to learning and assessment for all learners, supporting their educational success.
Personal and Profressional Development
Personal and professional development assessments are designed to help individuals and organizations unlock potential, improve performance, and achieve meaningful growth. These assessments evaluate key areas such as personality, emotional intelligence (EQ), cognitive abilities, and behavioural preferences to provide a comprehensive understanding of strengths and development areas.
For individuals, the focus is on self-awareness, communication, leadership, and resilience, empowering you to navigate challenges and achieve personal goals.
For organizations, these assessments inform succession planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness, ensuring the right people are in the right roles and equipped to thrive.
Each assessment is followed by personalized feedback and practical recommendations to support continuous improvement and long-term success.
